In this video I pull the actual company memos and filings behind the viral Meta, Amazon, and IBM claims, and then I walk through the labor data that actually matters. Total layoffs just hit a two-year low while AI climbs as the stated reason, and companies now have a financial incentive to blame AI for cuts they were making anyway. The real damage is hiding in one specific place: workers aged 22 to 25 in AI-exposed occupations are down 16 percent while everyone older is flat or growing.
