House Speaker Mike Johnson campaigned in San Antonio for Republican congressional candidate Brandon Herrera, calling Texas' 23rd Congressional District crucial to maintaining the GOP majority in the U.S. House.

During the visit, Johnson discussed border security, including the debate over building barriers near Big Bend National Park, saying a secure border does not always require a physical wall. He also addressed concerns about veterans' health care, staffing at the VA, and the Richard Star Act.

Johnson also criticized Democratic nominee Katy Padilla Stout, who responded by defending her family's story and describing it as the American dream.

Watch the full interviews and hear what Johnson and Herrera had to say about border security, veterans' care, party unity, and one of the nation's most closely watched congressional races.
