The US Supreme Court has struck down Donald Trump's birthright citizenship order, delivering major relief to Indian families, H-1B visa holders, international students, green card applicants and immigrant communities across America. Why does this matter for Indians facing decades-long green card backlogs? How does the verdict impact H-1B workers, F-1 students and undocumented immigrants? What does this setback mean for Trump's immigration agenda? Cary Johnston brings you the details on Firstpost America.
