Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis highlighted his government’s innovative AI initiative for the agriculture sector in his conversation with Arnab Goswami. He introduced MahaVISTAAR, an AI engine and mobile app developed specifically for farmers. Fadnavis revealed that the MahaVISTAAR app has already been downloaded by 50 lakh farmers across India, with strong adoption in Maharashtra. Describing it as a one-stop solution for all agricultural needs, he emphasised its agentic AI capabilities, which provide every farmer with a personal AI agent and friend. Farmers can ask any question and interact in their preferred language.
